Terms of use

Effective October 11, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Trenchkit browser extension and this website. By installing or using Trenchkit, you agree to them.

What Trenchkit is

Trenchkit is a free practice and research tool. It simulates trades with a virtual balance and shows publicly available market and token data. It does not execute real trades, hold funds, connect to wallets or provide brokerage services.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Trenchkit or on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Paper trading results don’t predict real results; real trading involves slippage, failed transactions, emotions and risks a simulation can’t fully reproduce. The Token tab’s verdict is an automated summary of public data at a point in time, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You’re responsible for your own decisions.

Data accuracy

Trenchkit relies on prices and data from third-party sites and APIs. That data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and services can change or stop working. We don’t guarantee that any price, score, check or simulated fill is accurate.

Third-party sites

Trenchkit runs on top of trading sites that we don’t own or control. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners, and Trenchkit isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Trenchkit to break the law, to interfere with the sites it runs on, or to misrepresent simulated results as real trading results.

No warranty

Trenchkit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trenchkit isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds or data, arising from your use of Trenchkit or this website.

Changes

We may update the extension or these terms at any time. If the terms change, we’ll update this page and the effective date. Continuing to use Trenchkit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
